We all have a story—many actually—which define and influence, sometimes greatly, how we perceive things and choose to live our lives. Learning about other people’s journeys lets us know that we’re not alone, whether it’s a blog, book, or biography we’re reading and/or engaging in a great conversation. In some ways, it even helps us to heal when healing is needed. It teaches us more compassion, and help us to grow.
It is almost too easy to push out a book these days, and there are many different reasons one might want to write and publish a book. As a result, it is vital that authors do their utmost to learn about and understand the path that is best for their genre, goals, and so on.
Let’s explore some tangible ways for you to take your book ideas and concepts and turn them into reality. There’s no real right or wrong way to create/write. However, if you are going to make it work, you need to make room in your life to write– just like you would a hobby, sport, or course of study. Very few writers can steal away for weeks or months at a time to create their masterpiece/bestseller. So what’s your Plan B?
Most will agree they have at least one book in them. Since I have written a total of three books so far, I can tell you it’s really not as daunting as it sounds, it’s actually very exciting and freeing . . . when you’re ready and you have the right support in place.
