It’s a Noisy World

Wishing you joy-filled holidays and best wishes for vibrant health, happiness, and meaningful success in 2019 is our heartfelt intent of this greeting. It’s also to encourage you to Be You, your best you in this very noisy world, bloom where you’re planted, and only compare yourself to others to learn and grow.

It is a noisy world and we’re not the loudest in the conventional sense. We do believe our work speaks well for us though and so do our clients. We’re passionate about the written word and the creative process, helping writers tell their stories and impart their knowledge and wisdom. Our priority is always serving our clients well and producing beautiful quality books and with that we change lives one reader at a time.

We’re not the most expensive, nor are we the least. Our clients are extremely diverse and value the fact that our services are customizable and geared to their needs versus a one-size-fits-all. Our partnership can and often includes experienced high-level consulting so at the end of the day you don’t just end up with a book in hand, you’re guided and inspired in specific areas to help you attain your goals. Another invaluable service we provide is project and platform management as needed so you can focus more on what you’re good at with the time you have available to you.

We are always researching and growing with and for our clients and ourselves.

We understand the challenge of comparing apples to apples in an often-confusing and overwhelming industry such as publishing. We also know how to sift through the mire of information and lend clarity to the process for our clients.

It is becoming clearer by the day that there is a multitude of good and great choices for the serious author to consider. And falling by the wayside is the old belief that there is only way to succeed as a published author.

I am steadfast in my thinking that in any business including publishing it is our job to educate and inspire our prospective clients, so they can truly make the decision that is best for them—one they’ll be happy with long-term.

If you’re at that stage where you’re trying to decide about something—perhaps which publishing direction you should take or which editor to hire—allow yourself to get quiet, tune out this noisy world and listen intently to what surfaces. There is always clarity in these moments. Even when you think you don’t know what to do, somewhere deep inside you do know. You’ve done your research. Now, what feels right to you? Trust that. Step into that energy and choice now.

Furthermore, let this be a gentle reminder that your story is meant to be told. Don’t get stuck in the minutia and delay it’s unveiling, since that’s when it will make the difference you want it to—releasing it to the world—not recorded in a journal or sitting in a folder in your computer.

Take time for you this holiday season; commit to making it habit in 2019. Keep yourself filled up in a way that works for you. Resist fitting in in this noisy world when you’re meant to stand out Your Way. That doesn’t mean you have to shout from the mountain tops unless that’s really you; it simply means use your gifts. You know what they are. Share them.

Be courageous. Shine your light. It’s almost effortless when you are aligned with what you’re meant to be doing.

If a book is on tap for you, watch for our Blue Pencil Opportunity in January to help you get off to a great start!

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. Stay well, and we’ll chat more soon.

Warmest regards and appreciation,

Sheri Andrunyk
